1. Service Description
LeadSpringer provides HVAC permit data aggregated from public government records (city open-data portals). We deliver this data as a lead generation aid for licensed HVAC contractors in Texas.
2. No Guarantee of Lead Accuracy
Permit data is sourced from government open-data APIs and is provided as-is. LeadSpringer makes no warranty that any permit represents an active bidding opportunity. Lead scores are algorithmic estimates only.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use LeadSpringer leads to contact property owners or general contractors for legitimate HVAC business purposes. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute lead data. You must comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
4. Billing & Cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. Pay-Per-Lead charges are non-refundable once leads are delivered.
5. Limitation of Liability
LeadSpringer's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the prior 30 days. We are not liable for lost profits or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
